I run the marketing stack for Mayer EMI: website, tracking, SEO, ads and community. I’ve also contributed sounds and product input to the MD850 Vibes itself.

You're the CEO.
The engineer.
And somehow,
the marketing
department.

You didn’t start building instruments to spend your evenings figuring out Meta Ads.

You designed the circuit, soldered the boards, wrote the manual and answered the support emails. Your €400 module or €250 pedal deserves a clear path to the people who’ll love it.

I handle the work between a great product and a confident purchase. So there’s more time left for the work only you can do.

The whole signal chain.
Or just the missing link.

Start with what your brand needs.
One project or ongoing support.
You work directly with me.

I don't just know
your customers.
I am one.

Twenty years making music as Drey Andersson. More than a decade making marketing work.

I know why a filter’s character matters, why a thoughtful demo earns trust and why your community can spot a generic sales pitch immediately.

Alongside music, I’ve built websites and run performance campaigns across industries. Signal Flow brings both sides together, for the independent makers whose work ends up in studios like mine.

You work directly with me, from the first conversation to the last revision. I know the difference between a VCO and a VCF, and I respect the scale you want to work at.

A synth maker, on hiring marketing help

More room to make.
Not more busywork.

I get it. More orders can mean more stock questions, more emails and less time at the bench.

The aim is better sales: a clearer direct shop, launches you can plan for and useful information that answers questions before they reach your inbox. Growth should fit the business you want to run.

Start small.
Make it work. Build from there.

For eurorack, synths, drum machines,
pedals, plugins and studio hardware.
Built around teams of 1 to 20.

01

Free teardown

I look at your website and marketing, then identify what’s getting in the way and what I’d fix first.

02

A straight conversation

We talk goals, capacity and budget. You get a clear scope before committing to any work.

03

Build & launch

I do the work. You review and approve. From product pages and tracking to campaigns and email.

04

Measure & improve

We look at what changed, what brought useful demand and what deserves the next round of work.

A useful place to start.

Something practical for your next product page.

Fair questions.

No. Small, specialist brands are the point. A focused product range can make it easier to tell a clear story and choose the right next step.

Maybe not. Better product information, clearer navigation or a smoother checkout may be enough. The teardown helps identify whether to improve what you have or rebuild.

The initial teardown is free. Project and ongoing work are quoted against an agreed scope, so you can decide before anything starts. One-off projects are welcome.

I’ll need your product knowledge, access to the relevant tools and your feedback at agreed review points. We define that rhythm together. I take care of the execution, including writing the content.

Yes. Product pages, waitlists, email sequences, creator coordination and campaigns can work together around your production schedule and stock.

Yes. I’m based in Berlin and work with brands internationally, in English and German.
